Text: Exploration, Development, and Post-Development Watershed Monitoring: "A designated third party contractor, partially funded by Genesis, and in coordination with the Stakeholders, will prepare and conduct a water quality and quantity monitoring program in the watersheds during energy exploration, development, and post-development periods." Regarding the results of the baseline hydrology study and future negotiations, Genesis will implement a variety of watershed-protection actions for the exploration, development, and post-development water quality and quantity monitoring plan.
