Text: Watershed Plan: "A sampling and analysis plan (SAP) will be prepared and modeled after the hydrologic baseline study. The SAP will contain discussion on the following general topics: Identification of surface and groundwater sampling sites, sampling procedures, protocols, quality assurance, and control measures. Sampling frequency and analytical schedule (parameters to be analyzed). Data management and assessment."
