"21. Air quality. . . . g) Flaring of Gas. . . . 2) The flare unit shall be designed and operated in a manner that shall ensure no visible emissions, pursuant to the provisions of 40 CFR 60.18(f), except for periods not to exceed a total of five (5) minutes during any two (2) consecutive hours. Where applicable, flares shall also be in compliance with 5 CCR 1001-9 Regulation 7 Section XVIIB for non-condensate oil." |
