Text: "11. Public Roadway and Traffic Impacts. b. Maintenance agreement or financial assurance. Ifthe projected use of the public roads resulting from the Company's Operations will increase the need for roadway improvements, maintenance or snow removal, the City shall reasonably require the Company to enter into an agreement with the City whereby the Company provides for private maintenance, improvements and snow removal, or reimburses the City for such increased costs." (sic)
