Text: D. Cultural Resources Plan: "All federal CBNG projects must comply with the National Historic Preservation Act. The BLM has many responsibilities under the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966 (NHPA), the Archaeological Resource Protection Act of 1979 (ARPA), the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act of 1990 (NAGPRA) and the American Indian Religious Freedom Act of 1978. In addition, BLM will adhere to its obligations under its National Programmatic Agreement and the implementing protocol with Montana SHPO."
