The purpose of this agreement (Memorandum of Understanding) between the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality, the Wyoming Oil and Gas Conservation Commission and the Wyoming State Engineer's Office is to provide an efficient administrative mechanism for permitting activities within the overlapping jurisdiction of the parties. The intent of this agreement is to prohibit activities, which would result in the degradation of the surface or groundwater resources of the state. |
