Amidst the worst Texas drought since the National Drought Mitigation Center's record keeping began 119 years ago, operators in Texas' Eagle Ford shale are taking full advantage of the recently adopted Texas Railroad Commission regulations giving operators more flexibility to recycle wastewater generated during hydraulic fracturing operations.
