The Operator shall utilize steel-rim berms around tanks and separators at the Well Sites with sufficient capacity to contain 1.5 times the volume of the largest tank enclosed by the berm plus sufficient freeboard to prevent overflow. ... a) Containment berms shall be constructed of steel rings, designed and installed to prevent leakage and resist degradation from erosion or routine operation."
