Text: "11. Noise Mitigation Measures. ... In determining noise mitigation proposed in the mitigation plan, specific site characteristics shall be considered, including but not limited to the following: a. Nature and proximity of adjacent development, location and type; b. Prevailing weather patterns, including wind directions; c. Vegetative cover on or adjacent to the site; d. Topography; or e. Waivers or consents by surface owners."
