Title: All surface disturbances will remain 500 feet from riparian areas, surface waters, etc.
Text: Wetlands, Riparian Areas, and Flood Plains: "All surface disturbance, permanent facilities, etc., will remain a minimum of 500 feet away from the edge of surface waters, riparian areas, wetlands, and 100-year floodplains unless it is determined through site specific analysis, approved in writing by the BLM AO, that there is no practicable alternative to the proposed action."
