Title: Activities associated with oil and gas exploration and development are restricted to outside the riparian vegetation zone.
Text: "For the protection of perennial water impoundments and streams, and/or riparian/wetland vegetation zones, activities associated with oil and gas exploration and development including roads, transmission lines, and storage facilities are restricted to an area beyond the riparian vegetation zone. [Stip. Code: CO-28] Exceptions: This stipulation may be excepted subject to an on-site impact analysis with consideration given to degree of slope, soils, importance to the amount and type of wildlife and fish use, water quality, and other related resource values. This stipulation will not be applied where the Authorized Officer determines that relocation up to 200 meters can be applied to protect the riparian system during well siting."
