All recommended guidelines in this section apply to lands within Primary Population Area (PPA) outside of and excluding the Rosewell Core Management Area (CMA), which is treated above. However, as an exception to this general provision, it is recommended that the separate, easternmost rectangular section of the CMA be managed under the guidelines here proposed here for the PPA.
