Text: Criteria for lifting of lease deferment in suitable and occupied habitat in the PPA: "9. The group recommends that new leasing in occupied habitat would be again allowed if the above criterion for suitable habitat is met, AND there is a statistically significant Lesser Prairie Chickens (LPC)population increase statewide over the previous five years. (See further details under "Monitoring and administration," below.)"
