Title: Application of raptor protection measures in new distribution lines.
Text: Terms and Conditions: Bald Eagle: New Distribution Lines and Facilities: "Lines should avoid high avian use areas such as wetlands, prairie dog towns, and grouse leks. If not avoidable, use anti-perching decides to discourage perching in sensitive habitats such as grouse leks, prairie dog towns and wetlands to decrease predation and decrease loss of avian predators to electrocution."
