Title: Wellhead setback requirements from High Occupancy Buildings.
Text: "2. Setbacks for New Wells. It is the intent of the Operator to maximize equipment and wellhead setbacks from occupied buildings and residences beyond the setbacks required by the COGCC to the extent commercially feasible and practicable.
