"14. Chemical disclosure and storage. Prior to the bringing of such chemicals onto the property, the Operator shall provide to the City, in table format, the name, Chemical Abstracts Service (CAS) number, volume, storage, containment and disposal method for all drilling and completion chemicals (solids, fluids, and gases) (including but not limited to chemicals used for fracturing) to be used on the Well Pad, which the City may make available to the public as public records."
