Text: "8. Hydraulic Fracturing. Produced Water and Waste. a. ...Any produced water, waste, chemicals, fluids, hydrocarbons, fracturing solutions or other solid materials or liquid substances of any kind shall not be discharged on the Property and shall be discharged and held only in a "closed loop system" comprised of sealed storage tanks, commonly used for such purposes in the industry, which contents shall be promptly removed from and disposed of off of the Property at a licensed disposal site, in accordance with present or future COGCC or other applicable rules and regulations."
