Title: ANSs may be constructed near project area; existing nests may be upgraded or reinforced
Text: "Raptors: If it is found that project activities could potentially affect raptor nesting on or adjacent to the project area, as determined from decreased raptor productivity or nesting, or documented nest abandonment or failure, ANSs maybe constructed at a rate of up to two ANSs for one impacted nest. Existing degraded raptor nests may be upgraded or reinforced to minimize potential impacts. ANSs will be located within the nesting territory of potentially affected raptor pairs, outside of the line-of-sight or nest buffer of actively nesting pairs, where possible."
