"9. Noise. ... Noise mitigation measures shall be constructed along any edge of any oil and gas operation site if such edge is adjacent to existing residential development or land which is zoned for future residential development. During construction, the noise mitigation measures shall, to the maximum extent feasible, decrease noise from the oil and gas operations to comply with the sound limitation regulations set forth in COGCC rules. The County may request a noise mitigation study to demonstrate that noise levels are in compliance with COGCC rules." |
