"32. Noise mitigation. Noise mitigation measures shall be constructed along any edge of any oil and gas operation site if such edge is adjacent to the oil and gas operation and existing residential development or land which is zoned for future residential development. The noise mitigation measures shall, to the maximum extent practicable, decrease noise from the oil and gas operations to comply with the sound limitation regulations set forth in COGCC 800 Series Aesthetic and Noise Control Regulations for residential/agricultural/rural uses." |
