Title: Information to the Traffic Engineer
Text: "42. Transportation and circulation. The Operator shall include in each application for drilling and completion operations (New Wells) detailed descriptions of all proposed access routes for equipment, water, sand, waste fluids, waste solids, mixed waste, and all other material to be hauled on the public streets and roads of the City. The submittal shall also include the estimated weights of vehicles when loaded, a description of the vehicles, including the number of wheels and axles of such vehicles, trips per day and any other information required by the Traffic Engineer."
