A STRONGER review panel, which consisted of one industry representative, one state regulator, and one member of the environmental community, conducted a review of Colorado's rules governing the hydraulic fracturing process. The review included a meeting in which the Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission provided an overview of their hydraulic fracturing regulations to the STRONGER review panel and answer questions from the panel. |
