Text: Production Facilities: "Treaters, dehydrators and other production facilities installed on location, that have the potential to leak or spill oil, glycol, produced water, or other fluid which may constitute a hazard to public health or safety, will be placed on or within appropriate containment and/or diversionary structure to prevent spilled or leaking fluid from reaching ground, surface, or navigable waters."
