Text: "2. Operator's Pit Practices within the County. d. Multi-Well Pits: ... Lined multi-well pits may be inspected and/or reviewed on an as-needed basis, over the life of the pit, to determine if the water to be stored in the pit or already stored in the pit meets the definition of fresh water. ... As long as the pit is open and containing fluid, a representative water sample shall be taken and tested from the surface of the pit every six (6) months."
