Title: Berm Inspection and Repair
Text: "3. Berms. Berms shall be inspected by Operator on a weekly basis for evidence of discharge. Berms shall be inspected within 48 hours of a precipitation event of 1.0" or more, and Operator shall make necessary repairs as soon as possible, but not more than seventy-two (72) hours after the event."
