Title: Water Quality Monitoring Requirements
Text: "6. Baseline and Subsequent Water Quality Testing. Operator agrees to comply with the COGCC's Statewide Groundwater Baseline Sampling and Monitoring Rule 609 or 318 A., as applicable, under COGCC regulations, as adopted or modified, and also agrees to share results with TCHD in addition to the requirements provided herein. To the extent the requirements of Rule 609 or 318 A., as applicable, and the requirements provided herein are in conflict, Operator will comply with the stricter standard. Such records shall be maintained by Operator for the lifetime of the well site and shall be made available to the County per Records section of the MOU."
