Title: Identification of Water Monitoring Sites
Text: "6. Baseline and Subsequent Water Quality Testing. a. Criteria and Protocol: Using the COGCC's criteria and protocol for sample analyses, types, orientation, and number, as required under COGCC Rule 609, or COGCC 318A as applicable, Operator will test up to four available water sources within a one half (1/2) mile radius of a new oil and gas well, multi-well site, or dedicated injection well as required under COGCC Rule 609, or as appropriate under COGCC 318 A., if applicable."
