Text: "5. Setbacks for New Wells. . . . In the event that the parties determine that locating a well or oil and gas location outside these distances is not reasonably practicable, the operator shall maximize equipment and wellhead setbacks from Building Units, High Occupancy Building Units, or public water supply wells beyond the setbacks required by the COGCC to the greatest extent reasonably practicable."
